Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and families, respond to questions promptly.
• Handle visit preparation, co-pay collection and patient tracking.
• Schedule visits and diagnostic testing.
• Manage third-party payors and co-pays.
• Perform front desk duties, communicate messages.
• Maintain front desk inventory and waiting area.
• Provide smooth office operations by prioritizing workload.
• Ensure HIPAA compliance.
• Cross-coverage as needed.
• Other duties as required.
