Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and families and provide prompt, caring responses.
• Handle visit preparation, co-pay collection, scheduling and patient tracking.
• Schedule patient visits and diagnostic testing according to hospital procedures.
• Manage insurance and co-pay collections.
• Perform clerical tasks and maintain front desk operations.
• HIPAA compliance and privacy upheld at all times.
• Support cross-coverage for department as needed.
