Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and families with prompt, caring responses.
• Perform front desk duties including co-pay collection and patient tracking.
• Schedule patient visits and diagnostic testing.
• Manage third-party payors and co-pay collections.
• Maintain routine office tasks and communications.
• Ensure front desk inventory and supplies are maintained.
• Support smooth operations by prioritizing workload and deadlines.
• Maintain department appearance and waiting area cleanliness.
• Provide clerical cross-coverage as needed.
• Ensure HIPAA compliance.
• Other duties as required.
