Mercy seeks a Patient Service Representative to be the first contact for patients and visitors, managing front desk operations and workflows to ensure a positive, seamless experience. You will also discuss patient financial responsibility and assist with payment options while documenting conversations accurately.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma and at least one year of medical office experience; new hires will complete Front Desk Training.

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• One year of applicable medical office experience preferred.
• New hires attend Clinic Core Front Desk Training.
