Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 0-1 years of customer service experience preferred (healthcare, call center, or retail).
• Proficient in collecting patient payments at the time of service.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and manage registration and appointment scheduling with strong customer service.
• Triage and route clinical calls to appropriate departments.
• Assist patients with forms and paperwork to ensure accuracy and completeness.
• Maintain a clean, organized lobby and work area for a positive patient experience.
• Identify and escalate patient concerns to appropriate teams.
• Support billing-related tasks and understand services offered by practitioners.
• Enter referral information and manage patient records to keep charts up-to-date.
• Demonstrate reliable attendance to support uninterrupted patient care.
• Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor.
