Job summary

The ideal candidate has a high school diploma, 0–1 year of customer service experience, and basic proficiency with Microsoft Office and billing processes.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 0–1 year of customer service experience, preferably in healthcare or retail.
• Proficient in collecting patient payments at the time of service.
• Skilled in navigating multiple computer systems simultaneously.
• Competent in Microsoft Office applications.
• Willing to work at multiple locations including Hyde Park, Blue Ash, and Mason.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and handle registration and appointment scheduling with strong customer service.
• Coordinate and triage clinical calls to appropriate departments.
• Assist patients with forms and paperwork to ensure accuracy.
• Maintain a clean, organized lobby and work area.
• Escalate patient concerns to the appropriate teams as needed.
• Support billing processes and maintain up-to-date medical charts.
• Enter referral information and manage patient records across locations.
• Maintain reliability with attendance and punctuality.
• Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor.
