Qualifications

• Competent in Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients warmly and professionally upon arrival and manage registration and appointment scheduling with top-level customer service.
• Accurately triage and route clinical calls to appropriate departments or personnel.
• Assist patients with completing forms and paperwork for accuracy and completeness.
• Maintain a clean, organized lobby and work area to create a positive first impression.
• Identify and elevate patient concerns to ensure service excellence and satisfaction.
• Support billing processes and understand medical services offered by practitioners.
• Enter referral information, manage patient records, and keep charts up-to-date and accessible.
• Demonstrate reliable attendance and punctuality to support ongoing patient care.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by the supervisor to improve efficiency.
