The ideal candidate will handle patient payments, insurance verification, and maintain up-to-date medical records while collaborating with clinicians and staff across locations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 0–1 years of customer service experience preferred, healthcare front desk a plus.
• Proficient in collecting patient payments at the time of service and insurance verification.
• Able to navigate multiple computer systems simultaneously.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and manage patient registration and appointment scheduling with strong customer service.
• Coordinate and triage clinical calls to appropriate departments.
• Assist patients with forms and paperwork for accuracy.
• Maintain a clean, organized lobby and work area.
• Identify and escalate patient concerns to ensure service excellence.
• Support billing processes and manage patient records for accuracy.
• Enter referral information and keep medical charts up to date.
• Demonstrate reliable attendance and punctuality.
• Perform other tasks as assigned by supervisor.
