Qualifications

• Must be able to collect patient payments at time of service.
• Proficient in navigating multiple computer systems simultaneously.

Responsibilities

• Greet and register patients, schedule appointments, and coordinate front-desk operations.
• Triaging and routing clinical calls to appropriate departments.
• Assist patients with forms and paperwork for accurate records.
• Maintain clean, organized lobby and work area to ensure a welcoming environment.
• Escalate patient concerns to appropriate teams to maintain service quality.
• Understand billing processes and basic service offerings to support productivity.
