Responsibilities

• Greet patients and manage registration and scheduling with high service standards.
• Coordinate and triage clinical calls to appropriate departments.
• Assist patients with forms and ensure accuracy of paperwork.
• Maintain clean, welcoming lobby and work area.
• Escalate patient concerns as needed.
• Support billing processes and understand medical services offered.
• Enter referral data and maintain up-to-date patient charts.
• Maintain reliable attendance and punctuality.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
