• Proficient in collecting patient payments at the time of service.
• Skilled in navigating multiple computer systems simultaneously.
• Competent in Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients warmly and manage registration and appointment scheduling with high service levels.
• Triage and route clinical calls to appropriate departments or staff.
• Assist patients with forms to ensure accuracy and completeness.
• Maintain a clean, organized lobby and work area.
• Identify and escalate patient concerns to relevant teams.
• Understand billing processes and medical services offered by practitioners.
• Enter referral information and manage patient records accurately.
• Demonstrate reliability with attendance and punctuality.
• Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor.
