Qualifications

• 0-1 years of customer service experience, preferably in a call center, healthcare, or retail environment.
• Proficient in collecting patient payments at the time of service.
• Skilled in navigating multiple computer systems simultaneously.
• Competent in Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and register them and schedule appointments with high service quality.
• Triaged and routed clinical calls to appropriate departments.
• Help patients complete forms and paperwork accurately.
• Maintain a clean, organized front desk and lobby.
• Identify and escalate patient concerns to the right team.
• Support productivity and understand billing processes for services offered.
• Enter referral information and manage patient records and charts.
• Demonstrate reliability with attendance and punctuality.
• Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor.
