Job summary

Physicians Eyecare Group is seeking a Doctor Technician to serve as the initial touchpoint for patients, guiding them from clinical services to retail support. You will deliver outstanding customer service, support the PEG clinical standards, and help ensure a superior patient experience in-store.

Responsibilities include assisting with pretesting, refractive care, contact lens handling, and order fulfillment, while maintaining HIPAA-compliant records and collaborating with PEG doctors for

Qualifications

• 1+ year of experience delivering outstanding customer service to patients and/or customers.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize and be flexible with changing business needs in a team environment.
• Strong communication skills with a diverse group of people.
• Associate degree or advanced certification beyond high school; or currently enrolled in a comparable program.
• Schedule flexibility; work hours determined by business needs.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and customers, identify needs, and promote products and services.
• Coordinate with retail and clinical teams to ensure a seamless patient experience.
• Schedule and confirm appointments; assist with patient complaint resolution.
• Maintain patient records confidential and HIPAA compliant.
• Assist with basic lab tasks and ensure timely delivery of eyeglasses.
