Requires a high school diploma or GED and 2+ years in a medical office or customer service; Associate degree is a plus; on-site, full-time.

Formación

• H.S. Diploma/GED with 2+ years medical office or customer service experience.
• Strong front-end patient service orientation and communication skills.
• Experience with EPIC or healthcare billing systems is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Greet and assist patients, manage calls and patient inquiries.
• Schedule appointments and verify demographics/insurance in EPIC.
• Collect copays, update information, and perform point-of-service tasks.
• Collaborate with clinical staff to deliver safe, patient-centered care.
• Navigate patient flow and maintain confidentiality and accuracy.
