• Respond to calls with a professional greeting and transfer as needed; demonstrate phone etiquette.
• Assist with patient records, documentation, and chart preparation for visits.
• Verify demographic and insurance information; update registration when needed.
• Scan and rank insurance cards; maintain orderly reception area and privacy standards.
• Collect co-pays, post charges, and support office workflows per policy.
