Responsibilities

• Welcome patients and visitors with a professional, courteous, and empathetic approach.
• Manage patient check-in/out processes efficiently with two identifiers.
• Coordinate scheduling, registrations, and financial clearance activities.
• Verify insurance information and assist with billing-related inquiries.
• Maintain a clean, organized front-desk area and document messages in the EMR.
