Qualifications

• Experience in customer service preferred.
• Knowledge of reception functions and administrative workflows helpful.

Responsibilities

• Greet and register patients, direct them at the front desk.
• Answer calls, provide information, and schedule appointments.
• Manage referrals, authorizations, and patient demographics.
• Process registrations, consent forms, and medical records accurately.
• Collect co-pays and balance daily records.
• Scan and organize patient documents.
• Coordinate interpreter services when needed.
• Maintain HIPAA compliance and confidentiality.
