Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist patients and visitors at the front desk.
• Schedule appointments and manage phone communications.
• Handle registrations, referrals, and documentation processing.
• Verify and update patient demographics and insurance details.
• Collect copayments and balance daily transactions.
• Maintain patient records and assist with HIPAA compliance.
• Coordinate interpreter services when needed.
• Support other staff and participate in trainings.
