Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Prior customer service experience preferred.
• Knowledge of clinic procedures and administrative workflows helpful.
• Basic computer skills and HIPAA awareness required.

Responsibilities

• Greet and register patients, direct them appropriately, and manage check-in/out with a professional demeanor.
• Answer calls, provide information, and schedule appointments.
• Manage referrals and obtain necessary authorizations.
• Collect and verify patient demographics and insurance information.
• Process forms and documentation accurately, including medical records.
