Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and families and provide prompt, caring responses.
• Perform visit preparation, co-pay collection and patient tracking as assigned.
• Schedule patient visits or diagnostic testing using hospital procedures and resources.
• Manage third-party payors and collection of co-pays.
• Handle routine clerical tasks (faxing, copying, filing, mailings, messages).
• Maintain front desk inventory and coordinate with staff on needs.
• Ensure smooth office operations and HIPAA compliance.
• Maintain department appearance and waiting area cleanliness.
• Provide cross-coverage for clerical/administrative duties as needed.
