Job summary

Responsibilities

• Welcome, register, and schedule patients and visitors in a friendly manner.
• Serve as liaison between patients and medical staff for inquiries.
• Obtain accurate demographic and insurance information.
• Route inquiries, complaints, and messages to the correct staff.
• Assist with financial questions and collect payments as needed.
• Process referrals and claims in the assigned queues.
• Schedule and confirm patient appointments and deposits for processing.
