Qualifications

• Ability to handle financial inquiries and payments with accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Welcome, register and schedule patients and visitors in a friendly manner.
• Act as liaison between patients and medical staff.
• Collect demographic and insurance information accurately.
• Route inquiries, complaints and messages to appropriate parties.
• Assist with financial inquiries, policies and payments.
• Collect co-pays and balances at the time of service.
• Process account, referral and claim workflows in queues.
• Schedule and confirm patient appointments; provide deposits to staff as needed.
