Qualificações

• High school diploma or GED or equivalent
• 2-3 years of related medical office experience preferred
• Strong computer knowledge (Microsoft Office) preferred
• Experience in coding, office billing, insurance and government payer regulations preferred

Responsabilidades

• Greet and check-in patients; verify demographics and insurance
• Collect copays and outstanding balances
• Schedule follow-up appointments and coordinate referrals
• Verify insurance eligibility and benefits; obtain pre-authorizations
• Support chart prep and maintain patient records
• Ensure HIPAA compliance and maintain confidentiality
