Qualifications

• High School graduate or GED required; associate degree preferred.
• Previous Patient Service Representative / Medical Receptionist experience preferred.
• Ability to communicate in English, both orally and in writing.
• Excellent customer service skills and multi-tasking ability.
• Knowledge of medical office terminology recommended.

Responsibilities

• Greet visitors and patients professionally and direct them accordingly.
• Manage patient flow and support registration with strong customer service.
• Answer calls promptly and relay messages to the right person.
• Inform patients of delays and assist with comfort during waits.
• Process self-pay charges, collect payments, and provide receipts.
