Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and coordinate patient flow; register patients and collect co-pays.
• Schedule appointments and manage test requisitions.
• Answer phones and provide triage; communicate messages and follow up as needed.
• Update patient records and verify demographic and insurance information.
• Support patient experience initiatives and align with organizational standards.
