Job summary

HearingLife is seeking a Patient Care Coordinator to be the face of our retail clinics across the country. You will support clinic revenue goals by attracting new patients, handling administrative tasks, and coordinating patient interactions.

Daily duties include greeting patients, managing calls, scheduling, processing PPI, and verifying insurance. This role requires strong interpersonal skills, organization, and comfort with EMR systems.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; college degree preferred.
• 2+ years in customer service, admin or healthcare role recommended.
• Strong communication and organizational abilities with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Welcome patients and deliver high level of customer service.
• Manage 50–75 inbound/outbound calls daily.
• Schedule and confirm all patient appointments.
• Process patient information and intake forms (PPI).
• Verify and collect insurance information.
• Order and receive office supplies; handle payments.
