HearingLife is seeking a Patient Care Coordinator (PCC) to serve as the face of our retail clinics nationwide, providing outstanding patient experiences and supporting clinics to meet revenue goals.

The role emphasizes welcoming patients, handling calls, scheduling appointments, collecting insurance information, and maintaining HIPAA compliance in a fast-paced environment. Growth opportunities are available.

Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills are required.
• Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment and use scheduling software.

Responsibilities

• Welcome patients and provide high level of customer service.
• Handle inbound and outbound calls, 50-75 per day.
• Schedule and confirm patient appointments; manage intake and insurance verification.
• Assist with office supply orders and payment processing.
• Maintain HIPAA standards and clinic cleanliness.
