HearingLife seeks a Patient Care Coordinator to act as the face of our retail clinics nationwide. You will welcome patients, manage appointments, collect insurance information, and coordinate patient interactions to support clinic revenue goals.

You’ll handle inbound/outbound calls, process payments, manage inventory, and maintain a clean, HIPAA-compliant office. An empathetic, organized communicator will thrive here and grow with our team.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; college degree preferred.
• Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a customer service, administrative, or healthcare-related role.

Responsibilities

• Act as the face of our retail clinics and ensure a positive patient experience.
• Support clinics to achieve revenue goals by attracting new patients and coordinating patient interactions.
• Maintain HIPAA standards and ensure accurate intake of patient information.
