HearingLife in the United States is seeking a Patient Care Coordinator to be the face of our network of retail clinics. You will support clinics to achieve revenue goals by attracting new patients, managing administrative tasks, and coordinating patient interactions.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; college degree preferred.
• 1–2 years in a customer service, admin, or healthcare role.
• Strong interpersonal and written/verbal communication.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Comfort with scheduling software and EMR systems.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and maintain high level of service.
• Handle 50–75 inbound/outbound calls per day.
• Schedule and confirm patient appointments.
• Collect and verify insurance information.
• Manage office supplies and payments.
• Maintain HIPAA compliance.
• Support revenue goals and patient experience.
