HearingLife is seeking a Patient Care Coordinator for its nationwide retail clinics. You will greet patients, manage scheduling, handle calls, collect insurance information, and support administrative operations to help patients hear better.

Ideal candidates have 1–2 years in customer service or healthcare, strong communication, and comfort with EMR and scheduling software. This role offers comprehensive benefits and growth opportunities with a focus on patient experience.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; college degree preferred.
• Minimum 1-2 years of experience in customer service, administrative, or healthcare role.

Responsibilities

• Welcome all patients and maintain high level of customer service.
• Inbound and outbound phone calls, 50-75 per day.
• Schedule & confirm all patient appointments.
• PPI intake and processing; verify insurance information.
• Order/receive office supplies and manage payments.
• Maintain HIPAA standards and office cleanliness.
