HearingLife is expanding its network of retail clinics and seeks a Patient Care Coordinator to be the welcoming face in local communities. You will support clinic operations, manage patient interactions, and help drive revenue through efficient scheduling and patient engagement.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; college degree preferred.
• 1-2 years in customer service, administrative, or healthcare role.
• Strong interpersonal and written/verbal communication.
• Proficient with scheduling software and EMR systems.

Responsibilities

• Welcome all patients and maintain high level of customer service.
• Inbound and outbound calls, 50-75 per day.
• Schedule and confirm all patient appointments.
• PPI intake and processing; verify insurance information.
• Order and receive office supplies; payment processing.
• Hearing aid supplies inventory management; maintain office cleanliness.
• Uphold HIPAA standards and protect patient privacy.
