Job summary

HearingLife is seeking a Patient Care Coordinator to be the face of our retail clinics nationwide. You will support clinics to achieve revenue goals by attracting new patients, handling administrative tasks, and coordinating patient interactions and needs.

Daily responsibilities include welcoming patients, scheduling appointments, collecting insurance information, processing payments, and maintaining HIPAA compliance. Growth opportunities and comprehensive benefits accompany the role.

Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma or GED required; college degree preferred.
• Skills: Strong interpersonal and communication abilities; excellent organizational skills; multitasking in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to use scheduling software and electronic medical records (EMR).

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist patients, delivering high levels of customer service.
• Answer 50-75 inbound/outbound calls daily.
• Schedule and confirm patient appointments; process intake and insurance info.
• Manage office supplies, payments, and inventory.
• Maintain HIPAA standards and office cleanliness.
