Job summary

HearingLife is hiring a Patient Care Coordinator to be the face of our retail clinics nationwide, delivering a friendly, high‑level patient experience while supporting clinics to meet revenue goals through strong administrative and patient coordination.

You will handle scheduling, insurance verification, intake processing, HIPAA compliance, and daily office tasks, including 50–75 daily calls, to ensure smooth operations and help more people hear better.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; college degree preferred.
• Minimum 1–2 years in a customer service, administrative, or healthcare-related role.

Responsibilities

• Welcome all patients and maintain high level of customer service.
• Inbound and outbound phone calls, 50-75 per day.
• Schedule & confirm all patient appointments.
• Verify medical insurance information for patients.
• Manage office supplies and payments.
• Maintain HIPAA standards and office cleanliness.
