Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED with 2 years in patient registration, scheduling, insurance processing or customer service
• OR Associate’s Degree with 1 year of experience
• OR Bachelor’s Degree
• Working knowledge of PC Windows applications
• Ability to perform basic math to process insurance co-pays

Responsibilities

• Welcome and check in patients, collect co-pays, and assist with visit preparations
• Register patients, perform scheduling, and coordinate MyChart enrollment
• Provide telephone triage and assist with insurance verification
• Support interpreter scheduling and ensure smooth checkout and patient flow
• Enter and maintain confidential patient information and records
