Job summary

Cleveland Clinic Green Health and Wellness Center is seeking a Patient Service Specialist to deliver a welcoming, patient-focused experience. You will support registration, scheduling, insurance verification and provide accurate patient estimates.

This role operates Monday–Friday, 8:30 a.m. – 5:30 p.m., with regional travel as needed. You will use the HEART model, assist patients with MyChart enrollment, and guide front-end technologies to improve care.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience in providing exceptional customer services and conflict resolution.
• Preferred knowledge of medical terminology and strong computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide a comprehensive, proactive and “Patients First” experience for patients and visitors.
• Investigate, triage and resolve patient issues using the established HEART model.
• Create a welcome and professional environment, interact with patients and ensure stellar patient experiences.
• Capture and verify referrals and cancellation reasons, insurance coverage and physician data.
• Provide patient estimates for patient services accurately and efficiently.
• Assist with MyChart enrollment and scheduling, including interpreter services as needed.
