Job summary

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and collect copay/deductible/coinsurance and explain consent form.
• Assist with iPad check-in and troubleshoot.
• Identify language service needs and support.
• Distribute films/CDs while maintaining HIPAA and privacy policy.
• Collaborate with technologists and radiologists to maintain patient flow.
• Process mail and prepare next day appointment setup and communicate issues.
• Enter patient information accurately into systems.
• Respond to scheduling emergencies and support waitlists.
• Maintain confidentiality of all patient groups.
• Keep management informed of potential impacts.
• Stay updated on policy changes.
• Maintain copay/petty cash accuracy and daily deposits.
• Assist onboarding and training of new employees.
• Work with multi-departments for efficiency and survey goals.
