This per-diem role involves greeting patients, collecting copayments, assisting with iPad check-ins, and ensuring HIPAA compliance in collaboration with technologists and radiologists.

Responsibilities include handling scheduling, coordinating with departments, maintaining confidentiality, and accurate data entry.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required.
• Excellent communication skills and computer proficiency required.
• Attention to detail and typing accuracy required.
• Ability to follow instructions with minimal supervision.
• Proven ability to multi task and exceed customer expectations is required.
• Ability to sit for extended periods of time while simultaneously performing data entry and information intake via phone.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients, collect necessary copay/deductible/co-insurance and explain the consent form to be completed.
• Assist patients with iPad check-in process, troubleshoot and provide feedback.
• Recognize when language services are needed.
• Distribute films/CDs while maintaining HIPAA and patient privacy.
