Qualifications

• High School Diploma required.
• Excellent communication skills and computer proficiency.
• Attention to detail and typing accuracy.
• Ability to follow instructions with minimal supervision.
• Proven ability to multi task and exceed customer expectations is required.
• Ability to sit for extended periods of time while simultaneously performing data entry and information intake via phone.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and collect copay/deductible amounts.
• Assist patients with Ipad check-in and troubleshoot.
• Recognize and use language services as needed.
• Maintain HIPAA and patient privacy policy.
• Collaborate with technologists/radiologists to ensure proper patient flow.
• Process mail and deliveries.
• Prepare setup for next day’s appointment schedule and flag issues.
• Verify information in systems and ensure accuracy.
• Respond to scheduling emergencies.
• Support with machine utilization and waitlist templates.
• Answer patient and doctor concerns professionally.
• Keep management informed of potential impacts on operations.
• Stay updated on policy changes.
• Maintain copay and petty cash accuracy and daily deposits.
• Assist with onboarding and training of new employees.
• Perform other related duties and maintain survey response rates.
