Rachel Rubin MD in Bethesda, MD is seeking a Patient Relations Coordinator who will be the first voice and face patients encounter. You’ll welcome patients, coordinate scheduling for new consultations and follow-ups, and guide them through paperwork and practice policies while collaborating with clinicians.

The ideal candidate is warm, organized, and discreet, with strong communication skills, the ability to multitask in a medical setting, and a genuine interest in healthcare.

• Be the welcoming face and voice of our practice, helping patients feel comfortable, informed, and supported.
• Coordinate patient scheduling, including new consultations, follow-ups, and physician calendars.
• Guide new patients through the process, from inquiry to scheduling, paperwork, and policies.
• Manage patient communications, including calls, messages, and scheduling requests.
• Maintain accurate records, manage check-in/check-out, and collaborate with the clinical team.
• Support the team in a small, collaborative environment.
