Rachel Rubin MD PLLC in Bethesda, MD is seeking a Patient Relations Coordinator to welcome patients, coordinate scheduling and communications, and guide patients through the intake process in a fast-paced medical practice.

Ideal candidates are warm, organized, and team-oriented with a passion for patient care. Training and growth opportunities are provided in a supportive, collaborative environment with a focus on women’s health and urology.

Mansioni

Be the welcoming face and voice of our practice, making patients feel comfortable, informed and supported.
Coordinate patient scheduling, including new consultations, follow-ups, and physician calendars.
Guide new patients through the process from inquiry to scheduling, paperwork, and policies.
Manage patient communications, including phone calls, messages and scheduling requests.
Keep operations running smoothly with accurate records, check-in/out, and collaboration with the clinical team.
Pitch in wherever needed as part of a small, collaborative team.
