Job summary

Rachel Rubin MD PLLC in Bethesda, MD is seeking a Patient Relations Coordinator to welcome patients, coordinate scheduling and communications, and guide patients through the intake process in a fast-paced medical practice.

Responsibilities

• Be the welcoming face and voice of our practice, making patients feel comfortable, informed and supported.
• Coordinate patient scheduling, including new consultations, follow-ups, and physician calendars.
• Guide new patients through the process from inquiry to scheduling, paperwork, and policies.
• Manage patient communications, including phone calls, messages and scheduling requests.
• Keep operations running smoothly with accurate records, check-in/out, and collaboration with the clinical team.
• Pitch in wherever needed as part of a small, collaborative team.

We're a growing, nationally recognized medical practice with five physicians, offices in Bethesda and Los Angeles, and a passionate team committed to exceptional patient care, education, research, and advocacy.

We're looking for a Patient Relations Coordinator who loves people, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and wants to make a difference.

You'll be one of the first voices our patients hear and one of the first faces they see. That matters! We're looking for someone who can make every patient feel welcomed, heard, and cared for from the very first interaction.

What You'll Do:

• Be the welcoming face and voice of our practice, helping patients feel comfortable, informed, and supported.
• Coordinate patient scheduling, including new consultations, follow-ups, and physician calendars.
• Guide new patients through the process, from their initial inquiry to scheduling, paperwork, and practice policies.
• Manage patient communications, including phone calls, messages, and scheduling requests.
• Keep things running smoothly, maintaining accurate records, managing patient check-in and check-out, and collaborating with our clinical team.
• Pitch in wherever needed! We're a small, collaborative team, and everyone plays a role in our success.
