Rachel Rubin MD in Bethesda, MD is seeking a Patient Relations Coordinator who will be the first voice and face patients encounter. You’ll welcome patients, coordinate scheduling for new consultations and follow-ups, and guide them through paperwork and practice policies while collaborating with clinicians.

The ideal candidate is warm, organized, and discreet, with strong communication skills, the ability to multitask in a medical setting, and a genuine interest in healthcare.

• Guide new patients through the process, from inquiry to scheduling, paperwork, and policies.
• Manage patient communications, including calls, messages, and scheduling requests.
• Maintain accurate records, manage check-in/check-out, and collaborate with the clinical team.
• Support the team in a small, collaborative environment.

We're a growing, nationally recognized medical practice with five physicians, offices in Bethesda and Los Angeles, and a passionate team committed to exceptional patient care, education, research, and advocacy.

We're looking for a Patient Relations Coordinator who loves people, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and wants to make a difference. You'll be one of the first voices our patients hear and one of the first faces they see. That matters! We're looking for someone who can make every patient feel welcomed, heard, and cared for from the very first interaction.

Key Responsibilities:

Be the welcoming face and voice of our practice, helping patients feel comfortable, informed, and supported.

Coordinate patient scheduling, including new consultations, follow-ups, and physician calendars.

Guide new patients through the process, from their initial inquiry to scheduling, paperwork, and practice policies.

Manage patient communications, including phone calls, messages, and scheduling requests.

Keep things running smoothly, maintaining accurate records, managing patient check-in and check-out, and collaborating with our clinical team.

Pitch in wherever needed! We're a small, collaborative team, and everyone plays a role in our success.
