Qualifications

• Three years experience and/or Undergraduate degree.
• Excellent written and verbal skills.
• Capable of remaining calm in a stressful situation.
• Knowledge of diagnostic and procedural coding and basic insurance knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service to VIP patients and act as first contact for patients, vendors, and referring physicians.
• Greet patients and welcome new patients to the practice while maintaining utmost professionalism.
• Coordinate physician scheduling and assist with patient flow to consult areas.
• Manage front desk coordination and respond to patient inquiries and requests.
• Maintain HIPAA-compliant records, update demographics in EMR, and process patient payments.
