Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1–2 years in a customer service or retail role preferred.
• Proficient computer skills; experience with Sycle, Pay Junction or similar systems is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Receive patients and greet them according to company standards.
• Maintain front office by keeping the area neat and organized.
• Schedule and confirm patient appointments and input outcomes quickly.
• Manage patient accounts receivable, deposits and inventory for the clinic.
• Support retention marketing and patient education efforts.
• Adhere to HIPAA guidelines and protect patient privacy.
