Starkey Retail is seeking a Patient Care Coordinator to manage front-desk operations, schedule patient visits, and support accounts receivable in a fast-paced clinic. You will greet patients, review charts, and ensure accurate data entry while maintaining a welcoming, HIPAA-compliant environment.

The role emphasizes patient experience, event support, and collaboration with the Clinic Team to deliver exceptional hearing healthcare services.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service and confidentiality skills.
• Experience in a front-office or retail setting preferred.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and stay organized.

Responsibilities

• Greet and check in patients according to standardized protocols.
• Maintain front-office appearance and prepare refreshments as needed.
• Schedule and confirm appointments and update PMS with outcomes within 24 hours.
• Handle patient accounts receivable, deposits, and inventory per guidelines.
• Support patient education and participate in events to improve patient retention.
