Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• 1–2 years of experience in customer service or retail preferred.
• Proficient computer skills and familiarity with Sycle, Pay Junction, or Microsoft 365 preferred.

Responsibilities

• Receive patients and greet them, offering assistance and refreshments.
• Manage clinic schedule and patient accounts.
• Maintain patient records and assist with patient education as needed.
• Lead front office operations to ensure a concierge-level patient experience.
• Manage accounts receivable, deposits, and inventory for the clinic.
