Job summary

Starkey Retail is seeking a Patient Care Coordinator to serve as the clinic’s face and guide throughout the patient journey. You’ll ensure a professional front office, manage schedules and patient accounts, and maintain records in a compliant environment.

You will lead in-office initiatives, support patient education, and participate in events to grow the practice while protecting patient privacy under HIPAA guidelines.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1-2 years customer service or retail experience preferred.
• Proficient with computer systems; familiarity with Sycle, Pay Junction or MS 365 preferred.

Responsibilities

• Receive patients into the clinic and greet them; maintain a professional front office.
• Facilitate a concierge-level patient experience; manage charts and check-in forms.
• Manage patient schedule and record outcomes within 24 hours of visits.
• Handle patient accounts receivable, deposits, and inventory per guidelines.
• Support patient outreach, retention marketing, and events.
