Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1-2 years of customer service or retail experience preferred.
• Proficient with Sycle, Pay Junction and Microsoft 365 or similar systems.

Responsibilities

• Greet and check in patients at the front desk per company standards.
• Maintain a welcoming front office, scheduling and patient accounts.
• Manage patient records, accounts receivable, deposits and inventory.
• Support patient education, special events and retention efforts.
• Adhere to HIPAA guidelines and protect patient privacy.
