Job summary

Starkey Retail is seeking a Patient Care Coordinator to guide patients through their hearing journey, manage front-office operations, scheduling, and patient accounts. The PCC will lead a welcoming clinic experience and support retention initiatives across Circleville and Reynoldsburg locations.

The role requires strong customer service, organizational skills, and privacy compliance, with responsibility for daily clinic operations, events, and patient education as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1–2 years in customer service or retail preferred.
• Proficient with basic computer systems and common software.

Responsibilities

• Greet and check-in patients; offer refreshments and assistance.
• Maintain front-office organization and patient records.
• Schedule and confirm appointments; update PMS after visits.
• Process patient accounts receivable, deposits, and inventory.
• Support retention marketing and follow-up with patients.
• Adhere to HIPAA and protect patient privacy.
