Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• 1-2 years' experience in a customer service or retail position preferred

Responsibilities

• Greet and check-in patients, manage flow and accommodations.
• Schedule appointments and enter outcomes in PMS within 24 hours.
• Manage patient accounts receivable, deposits, inventory, and billing.
• Support patient education and retention efforts.
• Maintain HIPAA-compliant front office operations.
• Assist with events and special projects.
